I am Buster and I'm 33 yrs old, living in the north of Sweden with my love and four cats. And a dog. I almost forgot. I'm a self-confessed slacker but yet creative. Which to me is the definition of a slacker anyway. Campfire Songs Vol.1 came together during a low point in my life. I didn't know what to do other than to bury myself in some sort of project. Two months later Campfire Songs was done. Renditions of my favourite (rock)songs. Most of them from my teenage years. All done with an acoustic guitar, without the testosterone, the distorted guitars, the banshee vocals. Sung softly late at night because of a landlord with a temper. A great song can be just as powerful with just one voice and one guitar. Other than that I wanted bring forward the words and the melody. Btw, I do not use tabs, a lot of people have asked me for tabs. I do my own arrangements and have no clue how to make tabs. Campfire Songs Vol.2 will be a little different with drums, bass, piano and what not. But the concept remain the same. Most of them are recorded but I need to get my ass off the couch and actually finish them. Preferably before march '09 since that's when Lil-Buster should arrive according to the lady at mödravårdscentralen.

Ok, haven't been recording...at all. School, relationships and (newborn) babies takes up too much time. But if you had access to my brain and knew how the new covers sound you'd be as excited as I am. Soon I hope, soon I will blow the dust off my guitars and hit record.

Finally some recording is done. I should have The Ultimate Sin and For Those About To Rock up in a couple of weeks. I also did some hiss reduction on some of the old songs. Namely , Dancing, Go with the flow, Jump, Youth, Screaming and The Trooper. Download for a slightly better version.

Uploaded In Bloom for you. School is over in a week then I'll be recording some piano in a church. In other words: the AC/DC cover should be done in a few weeks. Maybe I should do the vocals for The Ultimate Sin too. It's been sitting around for ages. I've done new improved mixes on just about every song on CS2 so if you've download long ago - do it again.
